​​​Tiny Tumblers

Our Tiny Tumblers program is perfect for young athletes aged 3-5 who are just beginning their cheer and tumbling journey. In fun, 45-minute interactive sessions, children will develop basic motor skills, coordination, and confidence while learning the foundations of tumbling and teamwork in a playful, nurturing environment.

3-5yrs:
Mon: 9:30-10:15am (waiting list) OR 10:30-11:15am (waiting list)

Cheer Fun Teams

Cheer Fun is ideal for athletes ready to dive deeper into the world of cheer. Whether continuing from Tiny Cheer Fun or starting fresh, these classes develop core skills like stunting, tumbling, and teamwork. With longer sessions, athletes build ability and confidence in an energetic setting. Cheer Fun teams also get to showcase their routine at an exciting end-of-year in-gym event, performing for family and friends!

Whether you're new to cheer or ready to take your skills to the next level, our Cheer Sport Teams offer fun, friendship, and new challenges. Perfect for those wanting the excitement of competitive cheer with a lighter schedule, all while building lasting memories and lifelong friendships.

Tiny Gems: Level 1R (Tue 4-5:30pm)
Mini's (7-9yrs):

Development Teams

Our Development Teams offer a pathway for athletes aiming to progress toward higher-level competitive cheer. With a focus on skill development, strength building, and teamwork, these teams prepare athletes for the demands of competitive cheer while fostering their growth and love for the sport.

All Star Teams are for athletes dedicated to pushing their limits and competing at the highest levels of cheerleading. These teams focus on advanced stunting, tumbling, and routine execution, preparing for national and international competitions. Athletes on All Star teams train intensively and commit to being the best versions of themselves.

Fame: Youth 1 (10-12yrs)
Galaxy: Senior 1 (13-16yrs)
Lightning: Junior 2 (9-15yrs)
Luxe: Open 2NT (14yrs+) (waiting list)
Code Pink: Open 3/4NT (14yrs+)

Adult Team

Our Adult Team provides an opportunity for athletes over 18 to keep their passion alive! Whether you’re returning to the sport or starting something new, these teams combine fitness, fun, and friendship, with a focus on mastering skills at a level that's both challenging and rewarding.

18yrs+:
Natural Disaster: Adult 1NT (Wed 7-8:30pm) (waiting list)

All Abilities Cheer Team

Our All-Abilities Team offers a welcoming, inclusive cheer experience for athletes with physical or intellectual disabilities. Each session ensures a safe, engaging, and developmentally supportive environment. Athletes build confidence, coordination, and friendships through fun cheer activities that celebrate their unique strengths.

Tumble Classes

Tumble Classes are open to all athletes looking to sharpen their tumbling skills. From beginner to advanced skills, these classes are structured to help athletes build strength, flexibility, and confidence in their tumbling ability—whether for cheerleading or personal development.

Flyer Classes

Flyer Classes are designed for athletes who want to refine their flying technique in a safe, supportive environment. These sessions focus on body control, flexibility, balance, and confidence while working on key flyer skills and body positions. Whether you’re new to flying or looking to elevate your current abilities, Flyer Classes help athletes build strong foundations and enhance performance in the air.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons offer one-on-one coaching tailored to individual athlete goals. Whether you’re perfecting a specific skill or want personalised guidance in stunting or tumbling, private lessons are a great way to focus on your development at your own pace with dedicated coaching attention.

Group Stunt

Group Stunt is a session designed for athletes who want to further develop and refine their stunting skills in a performance-focused environment. Athletes train with their group stunt throughout the year, working towards a routine that will be performed at events (or virtually when required by the event provider). These sessions are coach-guided and supported, while also being athlete-led, encouraging accountability, leadership, communication, and ownership within each group. Athletes train alongside other group stunts, with the coach providing structure, feedback, and technical guidance to support safe progression and competition readiness.
